2022 Team Manitoba Coaching Announcements

Volleyball Manitoba is pleased to announce coaches for the 2022 Team Manitoba Programs.

Team Manitoba will return this summer with a blend of training and competitive opportunities designed to build skills and support an increased number of players in our development pathway. We understand that volleyball development takes time and athletes progress at their own pace. After 2 years away, the Team Manitoba program will adjust its goals slightly to place a priority on educating and developing more athletes effectively.

Team Manitoba will be divided into 3 streams based on an athlete’s age and ability. The goal is to have athletes train and compete in an environment that will challenge them and support their future development.

Team Manitoba Gold will involve athletes primarily born in 2004 or 2005 and will include training in June & July and then competition at the Canada Cup in Calgary from July 19-24.

Team Manitoba Black and White will involve larger groups of athletes and training in June & July, wrapping up with an intra-provincial Manitoba Cup in Winnipeg from July 20-24.
