Position Overview
Under the direction of the High-Performance Director (HPD), the Head Coach is responsible for the preparation and development of the Men’s Sitting Volleyball National Team. The goal is to achieve international competitive excellence through the LA 2028 Paralympic Games quadrennial. The coach will guide the team’s technical and tactical development, lead performance analysis, strategies, support athlete recruitment and implement strategies for long-term program success.

General Description
Volleyball Canada is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and motivated individual to fill the role of High-Performance Manager (HPM) for Beach Volleyball. Reporting to the Beach High Performance Director (HPD), the HPM is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of Volleyball Canada’s Beach High Performance Program.
This role focuses on successfully implementing training and competition plans, coordinating program logistics, tracking athlete performance, and providing operational support to athletes, coaches, and Integrated Support Teams (IST) to ensure alignment with program goals.

Volleyball Manitoba is excited to host the 2025 U14 Nationals at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg from May 8–11, 2025! This prestigious event brings together young athletes from across the country, and we need your help to make it a success.
Volunteer Opportunities
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to support the event in the following areas:
- Venue and Sport Court Flooring Set-Up and Take-Down
Help with the installation and removal of sport court flooring. Club teams can volunteer as a group to earn fundraising dollars! - Court Managers
Oversee equipment on the courts, including net height adjustments. - Gate/Admissions
Assist with selling entry passes and managing ticket Will Call. - Results Management
Collect post-match score sheets and enter results online. - Team Services
Welcome teams at check-in and distribute team packages. - Awards & Ceremonies
Help coordinate medal presentations for teams. - Volunteer Management
Manage volunteer check-in, oversee the volunteer room, and ensure refreshments are available.
