By-Laws
The By-Laws of an association regulate the nature and legal incorporation of the organization, describing how to become a member or director, the meetings of members and directors, the powers of members and directors, and the election of directors. The following bylaws were approved by the members at the annual general meeting in 2025.

Annual Report
Refund Policy
Volleyball Manitoba’s program refund policy includes all programming, ID camps, tournaments, etc.
Volleyball Manitoba is committed to delivering high-quality volleyball programs across the province. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants.
- Withdrawal Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to volleyball.ed@sportmanitoba.ca. Please include the participant’s full name, the name of the program, and the reason for withdrawal.
- Refund Schedule
14 or more days prior to the program start date: A full refund will be issued.
7 to 13 days prior to the program start date: A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 7 days prior to the program start date or after the program has started: No refund will be issued.
- Medical Withdrawals
Refunds due to medical reasons may be considered at any time and must be supported by a doctor’s note. Approved medical withdrawals may be prorated based on the number of sessions attended.
- Program Cancellations by Volleyball Manitoba
If a program is cancelled by Volleyball Manitoba, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer into a comparable program, where space permits.
- Transfers
Transfers to a different Volleyball Manitoba program may be permitted, pending availability. A request must be submitted at least 7 days before the original program’s start date and may be subject to an administrative fee.
- No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend a program without notice are not eligible for a refund.
