Volleyball Manitoba recognizes the unique considerations associated with the upcoming school year, including the later start date and corresponding adjustments to school-based sport schedules.
Each season, our event calendar is developed through a comprehensive review of multiple factors. These include club tryout periods, post-secondary competition schedules, high school championship timelines across all classifications, the Grad All Star event, facility availability, and holiday-related closures.
Given the number of competing priorities the Grade 8 & 9 Volleyball Manitoba tournament dates were selected after careful evaluation to best balance the overall provincial volleyball calendar. At this time, no changes to the scheduled dates are planned.
We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our members as we work to support a coordinated and sustainable competition structure across all levels of the sport.
