Safe Sport Reporting

At Volleyball Manitoba, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. To strengthen this commitment, we have partnered with ITP Sport, an Independent Third Party (ITP) that provides a neutral and impartial service for reporting concerns related to conduct and safety within our programs.

What is ITP Sport?

ITP Sport is an independent organization that ensures all reports are managed professionally, fairly, and transparently. This service allows Volleyball Manitoba members to report Safe Sport concerns and Code of Conduct violations confidently.

What Can Be Reported?

The ITP Sport reporting system is specifically for Safe Sport-related concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Abuse or maltreatment
  • Breaches of the Safe Sport policy or Code of Conduct

Please note:

  • Complaints must be directed toward Volleyball Manitoba members and relate to incidents occurring during Volleyball Manitoba programming.
  • Concerns related to club management, team selection, or coaching decisions must be addressed directly with the respective club.

How to Submit a Report

To file a formal complaint, please visit the ITP Sport reporting platform:

Your report will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our policies.

Need More Information?

If you have any questions about ITP Sport or the reporting process, please contact Coralee Dolyniuk, Executive Director at volleyball.ed@sportmanitoba.ca or 204-925-5791.

By working together with ITP Sport, we aim to create a safer and more supportive environment for all Volleyball Manitoba members. Thank you for your commitment to Safe Sport!

Please review the documents to better understand the system prior to filing a complaint. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please reach out.

Volleyball Manitoba does not govern or oversee the business operations of independent volleyball clubs. This includes decisions regarding fees, playing time, team management, and other operational matters. Each club operates as its own entity, setting its own policies and procedures. It is the responsibility of athletes and their families to thoroughly research clubs, ask questions, and understand expectations before committing to a team. Volleyball Manitoba does not entertain complaints related to club management, as these matters should be addressed directly with the respective club.
