Volleyball Manitoba Beach Tournaments

The 2024 Beach Tournament Calendar is available now!

The first two Premier Events (June 22nd and July 13th) are Open Registration, we’ll be accepting the first 16 teams per gender who register.
The second two events (Premier 3 on July 27th and The Grand Beach Open on August 3rd and 4th) are Reviewed Registration: everyone will initially register on to a Wait List, at which point their team will be reviewed by the Tournament Director and either accepted in to the event or required to remain on the wait list. Teams will not be required to pay until they are accepted in to the event. This is in place to help monitor the strength of the last two events. If there is enough registration interest beyond our main-draw capacity, we will consider running a Qualifier Tournament on the Friday before these last two events.

2024 Beach Tournament Schedule

Registration Instructions:

Click on Purchase/Register For Events
Log In (if you have an account) or Sign Up (if you don’t have an account)
Once logged in, click “Buy” beside the Tournament you wish to register for
If you are registering multiple teams, please only register one at a time
Once the Tournament is in your basket, click Continue and you should be prompted through to complete your registration and payment

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Summer Series Adult Premier Pass Holders

In the event that one team member cannot make an event, you will be able to substitute for that person up to 5:00 pm the day before the event is scheduled to start.

In the event that both team member cannot make an event, they will lose their entry fee, unless the tournament can find 16 teams for the full tournament. In that case, they will receive a $100 refund less a $40.00 administration fee.

Individual Tournament Entries

In the event that one team member cannot make an event, you will be able to substitute for that person up to 5:00 pm the day before the event is scheduled to start.

If a team cancels prior to 1 week before the start of the event, they will receive a full refund less a $40.00 administration fee.

If a team cancels during the last week before the start of the event, they will forfeit their entry fee unless the tournament can find 16 teams for the full tournament. In that case, they will receive a full refund less a $40.00 administration fee.
