All members are invited to attend the 2022 Volleyball Manitoba Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, starting at 7:00pm at Sport Manitoba, 145 Pacific Avenue in Winnipeg.
We are planning for members to be able to attend the AGM in person or virtually online through a Zoom meeting. Any members interested in attending (in-person or virtually) are asked to please RSVP to volleyball.ed@sportmanitoba.ca by September 2, 2022.
The agenda for the meeting will include the following:
- Registration
- Call to Order
- Notice of Meeting
- Establishment of Quorum / Approval of Agenda
- Presentation and Approval of Minutes of 2021 Annual Meeting
- Reports
- Financial Statements
- Appointment of Auditor
- Election of Directors (see below*)
- Other Business
- Adjournment
*The AGM will involve the election of at least 6 Director positions to the Board of Volleyball Manitoba. Nominations are due by August 23.

As part of the AGM we will present a short report on the past year and looking ahead. Our Canada Games coaches have also been asked to share some experiences and take-aways from the Games currently taking place Niagara, Ontario.
