Volleyball Manitoba Winter Development Program
Following Volleyball Canada’s guidelines for player development, this program will be a combination of skill development and game play. Sessions will be 75 minutes long and consist of 45 mins individual skill instruction followed by 30 of game play using triple ball format. Players will be exposed to basic 6 on 6 systems and gain experience playing each position on the court. No experience playing volleyball is necessary, all you need is a willingness to listen, work hard and have fun! Program is open to boys and girls who will train together.
