For the 2021-22 Club Volleyball season, Clubs will be required to complete an online Club Approval form through our new registration system, SportLomo. Club Directors/Presidents will first be required to register their own account by clicking HERE (please review the demo available HERE if you run in to any trouble), then they will be able to complete the Club Approval form available HERE (please review the demo available HERE if you run in to any trouble). Club Approval will also require that the Club Director has completed all of the screening requirements. More details on this process will be available soon!
Normally, Clubs would be required to complete the Club Approval form in advance in order to be able to utilize the Early-Signing period; however, because this is our first season using the online form and it is not available until Thursday, Clubs that wish to Early-Sign athletes may do so as long as they complete the Club Approval form by the end of the day on September 13th.
Early-Signed athletes must be submitted to Volleyball Manitoba by the end of the day on September 13th through this offline excel form HERE. Please download the Excel sheet, fill it in (one for each team) and submit it to volleyball.pd@sportmanitoba.ca. Teams will eventually be required to register these players online as well once the new registration system is ready to go. Instructions will be provided once available.
Early-Signed athletes will be listed HERE. If a team is not on the list, they have not early-signed any players. If a player does not appear on the list, they are not considered signed and they are free to be recruited according to our regulations and/or attend tryouts in December if they wish.
