The By-Laws of an association regulate the nature and legal incorporation of the organization, describing how to become a member or director, the meetings of members and directors, the powers of members and directors, and the election of directors. The following bylaws were approved by the members at the annual general meeting in 2015.

A policy is a general description of the boundaries within which the Association conducts activities, manages programs, and leads the association toward the achievement of its goals and objectives.
